A Daily Gratitude Practice…Try It.
In 2020, I created and host two podcasts around gratitude one is audio , ‘Gratitude Is A Journey’ on Achor.fm/dangelo-thompson which also inspired a children’s book by the same name https://www.dangelothompson.art/books. The second one is weekly podcast on the Soulivity TV platform via Youtube called, ‘Beauty+Gratitude’ which showcases many inspiring people from all walks of life.
I believe strongly in a daily gratitude practice, whether it’s in the morning or at night before bed. Simply, just by writing 10–20 things you are grateful for can be amazing and create a powerful shift in how you respond to life’s lessons and blessings.
This daily practice has been a seismic blessing in my own life.
Find a beautiful journal that you can write in daily. Put next to your bed and write only about gratitude/prayers/meditations, nothing else. Try it for 30 days and observe shifts around mindfulness.
